The Good Samaritan
The Good Samaritan
Born and lived as a Colonial Christian for 45 years, I had no clue to the word “Love” in Scripture. It was just letters without any understanding or Revelation.
Today at the age of 74, Through an experience and Embracing Scripture, I am living this Word “love” on earth as Apostolic Christianity.
The Foundation to the Apostolic Christianity was laid on the Day of Pentecost.
According to Scripture, ignoring the Theology of the Learned: Apostolic Christianity began on the day of Pentecost when Jesus sent His Holy Spirit upon the Apostles 50 days after His Resurrection. Acts 1:2, “until the day he was taken up to heaven, after giving instructions through the Holy Spirit to the apostles he had chosen. 3 After his suffering, he presented himself to them and gave many convincing proofs that he was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God.”
Luke, the writer of the book of Acts and also the 3rd Gospel according to Luke, with all the other faithful, including Mary, the mother of Jesus, his brothers, and the Apostles were immersed in the full Doctrine of the Risen Lord. In human flesh and Blood for 40 days, they eye witnessed the Risen Christ.
Luke had to be a part of the 120 Souls of the Body of believers assembled in the room, when Jesus appeared after His resurrection. This means, this group of Faithful received the Holy Spirit before the day of Pentecost and were filled with Grace, they wrote down in letter as eye witness account of the New testament. (Holy Spirit).
Today, who are called to serve the Living God, this new testament in letter must come alive in their hearts as the “Revealed love of Christ”, the Son of God who paid the Ransom for our Soul. [A].
According to the Acts of the Apostles 9:3, “As he neared Damascus on his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him. 4 He fell to the ground and heard a voice say to him, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?”
Saul’s conversion, few years after the day of Pentecost, Saul who was a thorough-bred Pharisee, who was persecuting the faithful of Christ also received the Light of Christ to be a re-born Christian.
This is the Apostolic Christianity preached by the Apostles after Pentecost. Galatians 5:1, “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.”
The Faithful Church of the Apostles was moving at the Speed of Revelation till the beginning of the 3rd century after Christ. The visible Church of the Apostles were Hijacked by the Roman rulers back into Slavery. [B- Colonial Faith]
This is the plight of the visible Christian church today, while the Apostolic Christianity is hidden from the eyes of the Slave-Masters.
The Apostolic church was fully equipped with all the Nine (9) Spiritual gifts of the Spirit poured upon 3000 humans on the day of Pentecost. 1 Corinthians 12:8, “To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, 10 to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. 11 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.”
The true living Body of Christ was Born. This living Body of Christ was the beginning of preparing a Bride for Christ (Faithful Church) that shall join Him as for the Apostle John wrote in his Book of Revelation chapters 2 & 3, the time-line of what shall take place, when Christ shall return to Rapture His Church.
The first Miracle, depicted to the Theological visible church as water turning to Wine is revealed to the faithful as the Replicate of the final Wedding feast that shall take place on the day Jesus returns to take away His Bride. The Parable of the Ten Virgins, 5 without Oil and 5 wise virgins with full of Oil. Matthew 25, “At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of them were foolish and five were wise. 3 The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. 4 The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. 5 The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.”
The two groups; 5 virgins without oil (colonial Christianity) and the 5 with oil (Apostolic Christianity)
700 years before Christ, the 66 chapters written by the Prophet Isaiah is a Replicate of what the 66 books of Scripture in a miniature format already given to the Nation of Hebrews. Only a small group (120) of the Jews believed their Prophet’s message.
This is the Jewish-Root of the Gentile Church on earth today. This was the purpose of our Creator God for the Gentiles to be His Army to fulfil the Covenant He Made with Abraham.
Returning to the Parable in Luke 10, the Good Samaritan, faithful Church today receives the full revelation of this Parable as God’s purpose of our Redemption. Luke 10:25, “On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
26 “What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?”
27 He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.
28 “You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.”
29 But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”
30 In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. 31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. 32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. 34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. 35 The next day he took out two denari and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’
36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”
37 The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”
Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”
The event is Real and the Revelation of the Parable used by Jesus is a Mystery to Colonial Christianity. Simply said “only those who have received the Baptism of Pentecost have the True Living Christ in their hearts to discern the written letter.
We have to remember the Law (ten Commandments) in Exodus 20 given to Moses on Mount Sinai 1500 years before Christ appeared were the base of Jewish Law.
[Colonial Christianity, up to this day use the Law of Moses to separate the inequity of man. Only a Priest can forgive our sin.]
In the Parable, the Man who was travelling from Jerusalem to Jericho was our life from the days of Adam, who decided to eat from the Tree of Knowledge. [B]
The Parable was narrated by Jesus before He went to the Cross. So, neither Jew nor Gentile (Samaritan) had any understanding of “the Amazing Love” towards humanity of our Creator God. Jesus came for the Sinner and not for the Righteous?
Apostolic Christianity clearly defines that it is Jesus who finds us and we have no power to find him in our sinful state (our lives are in the Darkness until the Light of Christ shines in us). This is very clear in the Gospel according to John 17:6, “I have revealed you to those whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours; you gave them to me and they have obeyed your word.”
The twelve Tribes that became the replicate of Salvation on earth, delivered from the hands of Slave-Masters of Egypt did not last more than 80 years. Soon after the Reign of Solomon the Son of David, the Empire was split as Jews and the Samaritans.
Jews claimed themselves as the Principles of the Kingdom of David, keeping the Temple on mount Moria (Jerusalem) as where the God of Israel manifested on earth.
Between the time of David and Jesus was a time span of 1000 years.
The Magnificent Temple at Jerusalem had been destroyed and rebuilt by the faithful Jews. Jesus, in his life-time was insignificant until he read the Scroll written by Isaiah and claimed the Prophesy of the Savior of the Hebrews for Himself. Isaiah 61:1,
700 years later, Jesus reading this text in a Synagogue in Nazareth, proclaimed the Prophesy for himself.
Luke 4:20, “Then he rolled up the scroll, gave it back to the attendant and sat down. The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fastened on him. 21 He began by saying to them, “Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.”
Though Jews were a very minor component in the human history, the rest of the nations were gaining material strength and over-powering the people of God.
Yes, God chose through Abraham a Nation unto Himself, yet the Promise of Salvation is for all nations of the World. So, the project of salvation must continue until the Last Gentile is called in for his purpose, per John 17:6 above.
Back to the Parable:
Luke 10:27, “He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’ and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.”
The Expert in the Law of Moses, taught to him through Academia and religion, was thoroughly instructed and ready to challenge Jesus “who can inherit the kingdom of God and who was the neighbor referred to in the Law.
The Word “Love” was foreign to him. This was the reason he wanted to justify for himself.
Through this Parable, using Priest and a Levite who were the principles of the Kingdom of God according to the Jews:
Jesus revealed to the faithful today (You and me). Adam was made in Jerusalem; his disobedience was embracing the Tree of Knowledge (Darkness) going down to Jericho.
His (Samaritan) project of Salvation is given to the Gentiles. (revealing Himself to all whose names that shall not be blotted out as documented in the Book of Revelation 3:5, “The one who is victorious will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out the name of that person from the book of life, but will acknowledge that name before my Father and his angels.”
Jesus clearly reveals who the Samaritan was, His animal (Body of Christ), His Holy Spirit (Oil), gifts poured upon on the day of Pentecost (Inn-keeper-Helper) and His coming back for the full payment.
Jews had no clue to the word “Love” in their Law and Priesthood. (Because today we know Jesus is Love)
This Parable is the Complete project of our Salvation for all humanity revealed in each one of us.
Conclusion:
Jesus came for the Sinner and not for the Righteous. The Priest and the Levite did not consider themselves as Sinners. The man who was wounded needed help. This is the unconditional love of our Redeemer who is on earth today as the Living Body of Christ (the Samaritan), the Faithful Apostolic Church made of all nations of the Globe. This is the dispensation of Grace from the Cross. So, the Samaritan operates in every human who has embraced Scripture as the Absolute Truth. [A]
